I can’t say enough about working with Eddie. He is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. From the very beginning I could tell he had my best interest in mind. He didn’t pressure me to buy a property, he warned me off the ones he thought would be problematic. He helped me weed out the properties to see based on his knowledge of so many buildings in Manhattan. Once I found the property I loved and wanted he figured out the best price to offer - so I didn’t overpay but would beat out the competition- and it worked. He then walked me through every question of the complicated and painstakingly complex co-op application - 27 parts!
